From first look to launch.
- A free Report Card, within one business day. A five-check review of how your business shows up online. Ask, and it comes with a free homepage preview, a real designed homepage with your business on it (about 15 a month).
- Pick a size and pay half to start. Zelle, PayPal or Venmo, with the details on your invoice. The other half is due when the site goes live.
- About an hour of your time. Your services, your hours, your photos if you have them, and what sets your business apart.
- Your private preview. A preview link and a short review form built for your site. Nothing goes live until you approve it.
- Live in 3, 5 or 7 days. The clock runs once we have your photos, your words and your sign-off on the draft, and it does not run while we wait on them.
Already have a web address? You add us as a delegate on the account where it is registered, such as GoDaddy or Squarespace, which takes a few minutes and never needs your password. Your web address stays the same, your email keeps working as before, and visitors simply arrive at the new site.
You own the site.
Once the build is paid in full, the site is yours. The domain is registered in your name with your own billing, so nobody can hold your web address hostage, and the finished site files are yours to take to any host or any other designer. If you ever move, we hand over the files and point the domain at its new home, with no fee and no exit clause.

What happens after launch?
A finished site is finished. If you want it looked after, Loomwest Care keeps it healthy and up to date from $59 a month, with no contract; the first month of Essentials is free with any new build. Without a plan, a change is a small paid job.
Do you only work with businesses in Gilroy?
No. We work in person across Santa Clara and San Benito Counties and remotely anywhere, by phone, video and email. Our live sites include a spa in Marin County and a sewing studio in Auburn.
