Andre Costa

Measures first, decorates second.

Andre Costa founded Loomwest in Gilroy, where he was born and raised. He holds a BA in Environmental Science with a minor in Sustainable Water Resources from San José State University and a Water Environment certificate from Gavilan College, and he works in civil and septic plan design and land surveying at Faria Engineering & Surveying. That background sets the standard for the studio: a site is measured before it is decorated, and nothing ships until the numbers hold up on a phone.

He designs and builds every site himself, writes the copy with the client, manages the launch, and remains the point of contact afterward. Every design decision on a Loomwest site is his own; modern tooling is what lets him deliver a finished build in days rather than months.

Partner, business development

Karson

Karson is Loomwest's partner for sales and client relationships. Born and raised in Gilroy, he holds a degree in philosophy and sociology and works as a finance manager at Audi Fremont, a job built on understanding what a person actually needs and putting the right agreement in front of them. At Loomwest he handles the first conversation with every new client: the goals for the site, the customers it needs to reach, and the right size of build for the budget. He documents that conversation so nothing has to be repeated, hands it to Andre for the design, and stays available to the client through launch.

He meets clients in person across Gilroy, Hollister and the South Bay, or by phone, whichever suits them.
