Two minutes for a free entry. Share the post for more, up to 15.

  1. Enter free. Your name, the business, its city and state, and an email or a phone number: 1 entry. No sharing needed.
  2. Share the giveaway post for more. Share the post from @loomwest.design to your Instagram Story and tag @loomwest.design 2 entries, repost it with Instagram's Repost button 2 entries, post about it on Nextdoor with a link to this page 2 entries, or share it to your business's Facebook Page 2 entries. Shares on a personal Facebook profile do not count. Story shares or reposts from other people's personal Instagram accounts, like your own personal account, your staff's or your family's, add 1 entry each, up to 5.
  3. Send it to people you know. Each direct message of the post to a friend or a business owner you know earns 1 entry. Or send your personal link, which you get when you enter: each business that enters through it adds 1 entry for you, no screenshot needed. Up to 7 from messages and your link together. Cold messages to businesses you do not know do not count.
  4. Send the screenshots. Add them with your entry, or later with your entry reference. Each one needs to show your account; for a message you can crop out the chat. Up to 15 entries per business, and each one is a ticket in the draw.

Official rules

Updated October 13, 2026, for everyone: a free entry, made with the form alone and worth 1 entry, was added; the repost entry now says plainly that Instagram's Repost button counts; every entrant gets a personal link that earns entries; and the winner may give the prize to another small business. Later the same day, Story shares and reposts from other personal Instagram accounts were added to rule 3: 1 entry for each account, up to 5. Nothing else changed.

No purchase or payment of any kind is necessary to enter or win. A purchase does not improve your chance of winning. Void where prohibited.

2. Who can enter

The owner of a business located in the 50 United States or the District of Columbia, or a person the owner has authorized, who is 18 or older and a legal resident of the 50 United States or the District of Columbia. The entry is made for the business: one entrant per business, which may hold up to 15 entries as described in rule 3. Loomwest's team, its contractors and their immediate families may not enter.

3. How to enter, and how many entries

Enter for free by sending the entry form on this page with your name, the business name, the business's city and state, and an email address or a phone number, from the day the giveaway post is published until 11:59 PM Pacific time on December 15, 2026: 1 entry, with no share needed. Sharing the Loomwest giveaway post from @loomwest.design earns more entries, once per business for each kind of share:

A business can hold up to 15 entries in all, the free entry included. Shares can be sent with the entry or added later: send the form again with your entry reference and the screenshots of the new shares; a share already counted is not counted twice. For shares, your Instagram handle, Facebook Page or Nextdoor name and a screenshot of each share (images of up to 10 MB each, 60 MB in all per form) are required. Each screenshot must show the share on your account; share entries are counted only after Loomwest checks them, and a screenshot that does not show a share, repeats another, or was edited is not counted. Comments, likes and follows are not entries.

4. The share screenshots

The screenshots are used only to verify the entries, and Loomwest may look at the share on your account to confirm it. They are kept privately, never published, and deleted 30 days after the winner is announced unless you agree otherwise. You may crop the names of the people you messaged out of a message screenshot.

5. The drawing

On or about December 18, 2026, Loomwest numbers every verified entry as one ticket and draws one ticket at random with a random number generator, and keeps a record of how the draw was made. The odds of winning depend on the number of verified entries a business holds and the total number received. The winner is contacted at the email address or phone number given and has seven days to reply and accept; if the winner does not reply, does not qualify or declines, another entry is drawn at random. The winning business's name, and the name of the business that receives the prize if the winner gives it away (rule 6), is announced on Instagram at @loomwest.design once the winner has accepted, and is available by email request.

6. The prize

The prize is a one-page website plus its first three months of Loomwest Care, with a value of up to $1,500: a one-page website designed, written and built by Loomwest for the winning business, and the first three months of Loomwest Care Essentials from the day the site goes live. The website is designed, built and delivered remotely, by video call, phone and email, wherever the winning business is; meeting in person is optional and offered only from Marin County to Monterey County. The build starts once the winner supplies the material it needs (the business's details and any photos and logo) and must begin by March 31, 2027. The prize has no cash value and cannot be exchanged. The winner may give it to another small business of the winner's choice, as long as that business meets rule 2 and its owner accepts the prize and these rules; the prize then goes to that business on the same terms, and it cannot be transferred in any other way. The prize does not include domain registration, which stays in the name of the business that receives the prize and on its own billing, or third-party services such as paid booking or ordering tools. After the three months, Loomwest Care continues only if that business chooses it; nothing is billed without its agreement. The business that receives the prize is responsible for any taxes on it, and may be asked for a completed IRS Form W-9 where the law requires the prize to be reported. Loomwest may decline to publish content that is unlawful or that the business does not have the right to use.

7. Your details

Entry details are used only to run this giveaway and to contact entrants about it, as described in the privacy policy. Entering does not add you to a mailing list. By accepting the prize, the winner agrees that the business's name may be announced as described above.

8. Instagram, Facebook and Nextdoor

This giveaway is not sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with, Instagram, Facebook, Meta or Nextdoor. Entrants release Instagram, Facebook, Meta and Nextdoor from any responsibility for it.

9. General

Loomwest may disqualify entries that are automated, duplicated, made with false details or otherwise break these rules, and may cancel or change the giveaway if fraud or a technical failure makes it impossible to run fairly. These rules are governed by the law of California. Loomwest's liability in connection with the giveaway is limited to providing the prize as described.
